MORE BETTER Palladium info:


  • If you are shooting B&W negs to print palladium prints increase your development time by 1/2 to 2 times
  • use good quality paper that can withstand soaking - if you are using fragile paper use the EDTA Clearing bath method in the Alt. Processes Christopher James book (in the cabinet)

MAKING DIGITAL NEGS INFO

  1. Make you image look good in color
  2. add a B&W adjustment layer
  3. Make your image look good in B&W
  4. Make a Curves adjustment layer and load this curve
  5. Invert
  6. Flip
  7. Print on the 2880 using glossy inks - treat as glossy paper - or try using the B&W driver

MAKING ORTHO-LITHO NEGS WITH MIDTONES developing info
  • - expose your film at ISO 3 or 6
  • - develop in a tray with 1part Rodinal to 200 parts water
  • - use water as Stop Bath
  • - use Fixer diluted for silver gelatin paper
  • - wash for 5 mins in first wash sink
